Our AI and planning tooling is instructed to avoid fair-housing-sensitive steering, including recommendations based on schools, crime, demographics, religion, family status, disability, or other protected-class proxies.

Public marketing and planning content on Matchdesk is written to focus on property attributes, financing and timing tradeoffs, and professional process — not who “belongs” in a neighborhood.

You control how you use Matchdesk with clients and prospects. You are responsible for:

• Your listings, ads, social posts, scripts, and client communications.
• Any screening, steering, or selection decisions you make.
• Lawful use of public records, CRM data, and life-event signals (including privacy and solicitation rules).
• Providing reasonable accommodations where required by law in your real-world practice.
