Matchdesk is operated by Sim Capital LLC ("Sim Capital," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "Matchdesk" include the Matchdesk website, applications, AI tools, and related services.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through use of the service, and limited information from integrations you connect.

• Account details such as name, email, password, company/brokerage, and profile settings.
• Demo and contact form details such as name, email, phone, company, team size, and message content.
• Workspace data you upload or create, including contacts, buyer profiles, notes, tasks, lead quiz answers, documents, and CRM activity.
• Permit watch, property, and market data you choose to look up or sync through connected providers.
• Usage and device data such as pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referral source.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

We use information to operate, secure, and improve Matchdesk, including:

• Creating and authenticating accounts, and providing the platform.
• Generating AI plans, search results, matching suggestions, and copilots based on your inputs and workspace data.
• Sending transactional emails such as account, demo, lead, and product notices.
• Analyzing product performance, debugging issues, and preventing abuse or fraud.
• Complying with law and enforcing our Terms of Service.

Matchdesk uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems (including third-party model providers) to generate planning outputs, search interpretations, match suggestions, and assistant responses.

AI outputs are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal, tax, lending, investment, or brokerage advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with clients.

We design prompts and product guardrails to avoid fair-housing-sensitive steering (for example recommendations based on schools, crime, demographics, or protected characteristics). You remain responsible for how you use and communicate any output.

We do not sell personal information to train public AI models. Workspace content may be processed by subprocessors solely to provide the features you request.

Matchdesk is a professional workflow tool. It is not intended to facilitate discriminatory housing practices under the Fair Housing Act or similar state or local laws.

If you upload client or contact data, or use public-record, permit, or life-event signals, you are responsible for using that information lawfully — including fair housing, privacy, advertising, solicitation, Do Not Call, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and brokerage rules.

Do not use Matchdesk to target, exclude, score, or steer people based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other protected characteristics, or based on proxies intended to accomplish the same result.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host, authenticate, email, analyze, store, or process data (for example cloud hosting, database, AI, and email vendors).
• Integration partners you enable, such as MLS, CRM, or permit data providers, only as needed to deliver the connected feature.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction involving Sim Capital LLC or Matchdesk.
• Other parties with your direction or consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, authentication, security, attribution/analytics, and remembering preferences.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or core features from working.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information for money.

To exercise a privacy request, email privacy@matchdesk.ai with enough detail for us to verify and process your request.

Matchdesk is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Matchdesk is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of Matchdesk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
